Rhine Garden Cafe in Sham Tseng is back!

Guess whose back in Shamtsengville? it's the Rhine Garden cafe. But this time, the name is Sweet Garden. I remember last year, when they opened up and just a month, they closed it. Maybe not so many people were buying. I protested, because here in our place, we don't have McDonald's or KFC, and the place they occupied could have been occuppied by those double arch franchise. Enzo and Gian will be delighted to see that.

Now, the coffee shop is back. I could see no customers like last time. I can see empty chairs and tables outside, which looks really really good for alfresco coffee sipping.

They have 3 sweet specials too. Wanna try Chocolate Souffles? How about Belgian Waffles or Chocolate Pudding?

If you don't know Sham Tseng, it's our place in Hong Kong for almost 8 years now, and we really love this place. It takes only 12 minutes to go to MTR in Tsing Yi and Tsuen Wan.

Youngest Rockstar! Five year old ENZO Live!

This is my five year old son, ENZO. He's been invited by my best friend Jong of VIP HK (Voice Image Production), an event organizer in Hong Kong, to do another song number, this time for the concert of Miss Sarah Geronimo.

Oh boy! He did well and really rocked the show with his awesome performance. Just watch him and you'll see what I'm talking about. Post your comments below and let me know what you think.

It's his birthday tomorrow and he'll six. This video is also posted on PinoyHongKong website.

It’s Renaldo Lapuz this time!!! Move over William Hung!

Yeah. Have you seen last Wednesday's season premiere of "American Idol"?
If not, let me tell you what happened. It was actually Thursday nite here in Hong Kong when I saw it on StarWorld.

Renaldo Lapuz, a fellow Filipino in Dallas (yes, another Pinoy!) stole the show. He sang his own song, I Am Your Brother, Your Best Friend Forever, which was a massive hit. It's funny and at the same entertaining to see Randy and Paula singing and dancing along with him.
After the song, Simon was happy, even though he has to say no, he embraced Renaldo and made him feel accepted (by his long lost brother...hehehe)

Happy New Year! and Seven Gods of Fortune

OK, here's what the title is all about. It's the picture of
seven fortune gods, which I have no idea where it came from,
and who are they. It was just sent to me thru email.

It says that these seven fortune gods will bring good fortune, happiness and prosperity to anyone who receives the email. Very well. I hope it's true.

I jsut wanna thank God for the year 2007, for all the blessings, love and of course some trials and difficulties. I am also thankful to all my friends, and colleagues and relatives.

Anyway, happy new year to you and all the readers of blogspot. Even though the US dollars and the Hang Seng index continues to plummet, I wish you a happy and prosperous 2008.

Gosh, January is almost finished. I need finish my report here in the office. shacks!
